摘要：

抗栓治疗在预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病中发挥着举足轻重的作用。抗栓药物包括抗凝药物、抗血小板聚集药物和溶栓药物。本文对常见的口服抗栓药物的药理学特征以及研究进展做一综述,旨在指导临床上抗栓药物的安全、合理使用。
