多环芳烃化合物对鲤鱼肝微粒体EROD的体外诱导

摘要
建立了一种研究有机污染物对 7 乙氧基异吩唑酮 脱乙基酶 (EROD)诱导的体外实验方法 ,探讨了 5种多环芳烃(PAHs)化合物对EROD的诱导作用 ,发现其均可诱导EROD的活性 ,使其活性升高 ,且EROD活性的升高与PAHs的浓度存在剂量 效应关系 .所选 5种多环芳烃化合物对EROD活性诱导的大小顺序为苯并 (a)芘 >9,10 菲醌 >芘 >1 羟基芘 >菲 .
