一种简单的测量生物组织折射率的方法

摘要：

提出一种利用全反射原理 ,精确测量生物组织以及一般均匀介质折射率的方法。用波长分别为 0 4 88μm ,0 6 32 8μm ,1 0 795 μm和 1 3414 μm的激光 ,测量了水以及几种猪组织的折射率 ,并拟合出它们的色散方程。结果证明该方法具有可靠和简单易行等特点
