摘要：

目的 :试图找出风湿性心脏病心房颤动 (房颤 )患者发生动脉血栓栓塞的危险因素 ,为提出预防措施提供依据。方法 :对 1977年 1月至 1996年 12月在我院住院的风湿性心脏病房颤患者其病史中发生过动脉血栓栓塞的 92例患者进行了 1∶1配对病例对照研究。结果 :单因素分析中 ,风湿性心脏病房颤患者发生动脉血栓栓塞的危险因素是合并高血压史、瓣膜疾病史 >10年。多因素Logistic回归分析及条件Logistic回归分析显示重要的有统计学意义的危险因素是风湿性瓣膜疾病史 >10年。结论 :重要的有统计学意义的危险因素是风湿性瓣膜疾病史 >10年。
