摘要
微循环是人体血液循环的重要组成部分,是血液循环系统最基本的结构和功能单位之一。在微循环的各项观察指标中,血流速度是微循环血液动力学的主要指标。国内,张叔伦等根据Wayland等的双缝光度法,首次研制了显微电视双缝光度测量法,它能客观地反映微血管的血流速度,但不能实时测出流速,后处理工作量较大。在国外,多数是从显微电视系统中提取信号,用计算机进行相关计算求得速度,
