康复治疗对早期帕金森病运动症状疗效分析

摘要：

目的探讨康复治疗是否能延缓早期帕金森病运动症状的进展。方法我院门诊及住院新诊断帕金森病患者38例,随机纳入康复治疗组及对照组,评估统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)中UPDRS-Ⅱ、UPDRS-Ⅲ及左旋多巴服用剂量。结果经过1年的观察,康复治疗组治疗前后UPDRS-Ⅱ、UPDRS-Ⅲ有好转,而对照组治疗前后无明显变化,对照组左旋多巴服用剂量也明显大于康复治疗组。结论康复治疗可以减少药物需要量,延缓帕金森病运动症状进展。
