<正>近年来ICU患者出现肌肉萎缩和肌力下降的症状日益得到关注[1],根据调查[2]ICU中70%~80%患者有不同程度的呼吸肌、四肢肌肉无力及深反射减弱或消失。近10年来各国学者进行了许多研究,发现这可能是一种神经肌肉获得性疾病,提出了一个全新的概念—ICU获得性神经肌肉障
