摘要：

目的　研究各类职业防护措施与减少医务人员职业暴露程度的关系。方法　选择皮肤粘膜接触病人血液、手套破损及皮肤粘膜被医疗器械损伤作为职业暴露指标 ,以单因素和多因素的分析方法分别评价各类职业防护措施的作用。结果　采取经常穿戴手套、多次的职业培训、有严格的规章制度、事先知悉病人感染状况等措施与减少皮肤粘膜接触血液次数和皮肤损伤的关系有统计学上意义。结论　穿戴手套、加强职业培训、制定规章制度等对减少医务人员职业暴露程度起到重要作用
