阴沟肠杆菌中发现β-内酰胺酶基因新亚型blaLAP-2

摘要
目的了解解放军第98医院临床分离的HZB9055号阴沟肠杆菌中常见耐药相关基因存在状况。方法于2004年5月从住院患者分离到HZB9055号菌株,采用聚合酶链反应及序列分析的方法分析41种(群)耐药基因。结果HZB9055号菌株共计检出3种基因,分别为blaLAP、blaMIR、qnrS,其余38种基因均阴性;blaLAP基因扩增序列全长含858个核苷酸,与窄谱β-内酰胺酶LAP-1(GenBank注册号:EF026092)相比,第193位氨基酸有不同,被命名为LAP-2(GenBank注册号:EU159120)。结论HZB9055号阴沟肠杆菌中至少存在3种耐药基因,其中blaLAP-2基因为一种新发现的β-内酰胺酶基因亚型。
