肝癌肝移植的现状与展望

摘要：

肝细胞肝癌行肝脏移植的指征、效果及相关问题一直存在争论。本文收集并分析近年国内外文献,结合我院近6年112例肝癌肝移植病例资料,对肝癌的分期标准及供肝分配原则、大肝癌行肝脏移植的指征、肝癌肝移植患者等待供肝时的处理、影响肝癌肝移植术后复发的预后因子及肝癌患者行肝切除还是行肝脏移植的选择原则等肝癌肝移植的相关问题进行探讨。笔者认为建立与评价适应我国肝癌肝移植的分期标准及手术指征是当务之急。
