急性脑梗死后认知功能损伤特点及与中风证候要素关系的分析

摘要：

目的:探讨急性脑梗死后认知功能损害的特点及与中风证候要素的关系。方法:选取急性脑梗死患者60例,于发病后90d,采集患者的中风证候要素,使用MoCA和MMSE量表对患者的认知功能进行评价。结果:急性脑梗死后认知功能障碍患者(50例)的MoCA评分在"视空间和执行功能""注意""语言""延迟回忆""定向"5个分项上的得分低于认知功能正常患者(10例)(P<0.05);急性脑梗死后出现认知功能障碍的患者中,各中风证候要素类型间的MoCA总分和各分项评分未见显著差异。结论:急性脑梗死后认知功能障碍包括从轻度认知障碍到痴呆程度不等的认知损伤,涉及认知功能的多个领域;中风的证候要素与中风后认知功能损伤程度及认知功能损伤的神经心理学特点之间没有相关性。
