应用SRAP技术从大米草根中分离盐胁迫应答基因(英文)

摘要
利用12对SRAP引物分析盐胁迫条件下大米草(Spartina anglica)根中基因表达的差异.在对照和盐处理的转录本之间存在81.65%的差异.进一步用Northern鉴定了一个差异表达片段.测序及BLAST分析结果表明,该片段由463个碱基组成,其编码的氨基酸序列与水稻的β-1,3-葡聚糖酶之间存在30%的相似性.
