带状疱疹后神经痛药物治疗研究进展

摘要：

带状疱疹后神经痛是由于带状疱疹病毒再激活引发的一种慢性神经病理性疼痛综合征,在皮损愈合后疼痛可持续数月甚至长达数年,是一种顽固难治性疾病,给患者的心理和生理造成很大的痛苦。目前临床上用于治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的药物有多种,但其疗效有很大差异性。近年来国内外学者对此病的治疗方法作了较广泛的研究,并取得了一定进展。本文就目前带状疱疹后神经痛的药物治疗新进展加以综述。
