摘要：

The history and present status on the studies of closed diffuse brain injury, especially the understanding process of cerebral concussion were systematically reviewed in this paper. The current progress in this field indicate that the concussion is not only one of the functional disorder in brain,but also one of the mild closed diffuse brain injury, which is very difficult to discover by the routine pathological methods. The mechanism of the biornechanics and death about closed diffuse brain injury were also discussed.
