亚低温治疗大面积脑梗死疗效的系统评价

摘要：

目的系统评价亚低温治疗大面积脑梗死(MCI)的疗效。方法通过检索近10年来Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、Medline、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(CECDB)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(CQVIP),对纳入研究的方法学进行评价,对文献质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的随机临床试验(RCT)用Review manager 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果 6个RCT共251名MCI患者纳入研究,其中治疗组(在常规治疗基础上使用亚低温治疗)124例,对照组(常规治疗)127例。Meta分析结果表明治疗组患者住院时间、神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS)、临床失智评分(CDR)明显低于对照组,具有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论相比常规治疗,亚低温治疗可显著提升MCI患者的疗效,值得在临床诊疗中广为普及。
