摘要
<正>黏膜屏障由完整的肠上皮细胞和相邻肠上皮细胞间的连接构成。肠道内存在多种蛋白酶,可通过激活G蛋白耦联受体产生多种生物学效应。蛋白酶激活受体(proteinaseactivated receptor,PAR)-2是一种7次跨膜的G蛋白耦联受体,属于PAR家族,在体内分布广泛。多种肠道内富含的蛋白酶能激活PAR-2并产生多种生物学效应,从而影响肠屏障功能。一、PAR-2在消化道的表达PAR-2介导跨膜信号转导。胰蛋白酶、肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶是有效的PAR-2激动剂,可水解PAR-2细胞外区的N2
