<正>结直肠癌是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,全世界每年约有120万人发病。在美国和欧洲国家,结直肠癌的癌症死亡率排名恶性肿瘤死亡率的第二位,虽然手术联合辅助治疗取得了一定的进展,但是转移和复发仍是结直肠癌患者预后的危险因素。因此,针对新的靶点进行治疗,可能是治愈结直肠癌的有效方法。目前研究表明,基质金属蛋白酶2、9(MMP2、MMP9)不仅与结直肠癌的发生发展、血管生成相关,而且能通过多种方式促进肿瘤的浸润和转移[1]。
