摘要
提出基于成本效益最优化的含光伏发电配电系统分布式储能(distributed energy storage,DES)规划研究,将供电盈利、峰值发电效益、降损效益、延长供电系统使用时间效益、CO2排放及无功支撑效益进行最优净现值(net present value,NPV)、折现回收期(discounted payback period,DPP)和效益成本比(benefit-cost ratio,BCR)评价指标归一化处理,建立全面的DES规划成本效益目标模型。此外,将DES优化规划与改善负荷功率因数及供电电压质量相结合。同时,针对光伏发电无功出力间接性影响的关键因素,本文基于太阳光照度的概率分布函数,研究了光伏发电在配电系统中渗透率大小及规划DES单元数量对DES规划成本效益评价目标函数的影响。基于该规划策略,在33节点系统进行仿真实验,最后实验仿真数值表明,所提出的优化配置策略可使总NPV最大化、并提高负载功率因数及电压质量的同时获得DES单元规划的最优位置及容量。
