摘要：
In recent years, with the ceaseless improvement of Chinas urbanconstruction scale and standards, a specific urban environmental planningand design can be large as implemented for a whole city or a region, evensmall as done for a community or block. How sculpture and planning co-ordinate and supplement each other has been concerned again by us inthe process of design and implement.
