非典型雇佣关系实证研究困境及其本土化问题探讨

摘要
非典型雇佣改变了组织既有的内部劳动关系,以及组织与外部劳动力市场和产品市场的互动。弹性用工所固有的复杂性和不确定性,提升了实证研究在操作和结论推广等方面的难度。本文从研究对象、样本和测量三个方面,分析了制约非典型雇佣关系实证研究发展的若干问题,并探讨了非典型雇佣关系实证研究在我国的本土化问题。
