摘要：

当今世界，传统的管理理念和模式，已经逐渐被新的适应性更强的管理理念和模式取而代之。本文对于这些变化进行了总结和分析，并指出国际经济一体化的竞争环境，要求我们在战略层面上，对现有的各类资源进行集成式管理，而在哲理层面上则要力主面向未来管理，创造持续发展的环境。
