<正>肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在心血管系统活动中起到维持水、电解质平衡及调节血压等作用。血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)是RAS系统中最重要的活性肽,通过与AngⅡ-1型受体(AT1R)、AngII-2型受体(AT2R)结合而产生相应的生物学效应。AT1R在人体组织内分布丰富并介导AngⅡ绝大多数作用,如血管收缩、血压(BP)增加、水钠潴留增长、促进纤维化以及参与炎
