摘要：

青少年特发性脊柱侧凸指青少年在青春期发生的三维平面的脊柱畸形或结构性改变,脊柱椎体旋转≥10°。为避免影响患者的身心健康,应尽早对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸进行适当的干预及治疗。该文基于对国内外青少年特发性脊柱侧凸非手术治疗方法的总结,系统介绍了青少年特发性脊柱侧凸目前主流的早期非手术治疗方案,包括观察随访、电刺激疗法、中国传统正脊技术、推拿及手法复位、功能训练及运动疗法、牵引治疗以及支具治疗,以期对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸未来可能的治疗研究方向提供参考。
