手足口病患儿血浆C反应蛋白及外周血白细胞变化特点

摘要：

目的探讨手足口病患儿血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)及外周血白细胞(WBC)变化特点。方法回顾性分析29例手足口病患儿临床资料。按年龄把小于或等于1岁的患儿分为第1组,>1岁的患儿为第2组。分别记录两组患儿入院时血浆CRP及外周血WBC,并进行统计学分析。结果 29例中男孩18例,女孩11例,男∶女为1.8∶1.0。≤1岁患儿11例,占37.9%,>1岁患儿18例,占62.1%。第2组患儿血清CRP浓度[(21.666 7±15.695 6)mg/L]较第1组高[(10.090 9±10.329 1)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.039 1)。而两组的外周血WBC差异无统计学意义(P=0.113 8)。结论男孩患手足口病比例较高,年龄大的儿童比年龄小的儿童容易患手足口病,且血清CRP浓度也较高,但两组患儿外周血WBC无明显差别。
