摘要
大量研究已证实高尿酸血症与心血管疾病相关。尿酸代谢受饮食、药物、机体内环境等诸多因素的影响,其与心血管疾病的关联目前尚未完全清楚,本文就近年来高尿酸血症与心血管疾病相关性的流行病学及发病机制研究进展进行综述。
