摘要：

对北京与广州中年男女工农共11,184名调查血压、体重、身高,发现广州各分组中高血压患病率、血压均值及体重指数都显著低于北京。高血压患病率随体重指数升高,但体重只能解释部分地区间的血压差别。抽查各组约10%人的夜尿钠、钾结果,广州的尿钠与钠/钾比值也显著低于北京。本文资料支持钠钾摄入量是影响人群血压水平与高血压的重要因素。
