<正>急性肾损伤(AKI)是危重症患者常见的合并症之一,其在ICU的病死率高达30%～60%,尚缺乏有效的内科治疗手段。肾替代治疗是重症AKI最为重要的治疗方式,包括连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)、间歇性血液透析(IHD)、持续缓慢低效血液透析(SLED)等。虽然CRRT目前已成为重症AKI的主流治疗模式,但其优越性并没有得到公认。近期关于CRRT治疗AKI的时机与剂量的研究层出不穷,而其结果的不一致性亦成为广大临床医师争论的焦点。
