<正>近年来随着组织工程学及细胞生物学不断发展,压力性尿失禁(stress urinary incontinence,SUI)的生物学修复逐渐成为研究热点之一,人们可以通过生物学或以生物学为基础的干预手段恢复其生物学功能和解剖功能,为治疗SUI带来希望。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)是一种具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,能分化成各胚层细胞及分泌神经营养因子等物质,促进缺损组织再生,以其多种生物优点特性引起全世界学
