FeZSM-5/RaneyFe选择性催化还原NO的活性和水热稳定性

摘要
采用原位晶化法合成的FeZSM-5/Raney Fe催化材料,提高了ZSM-5分子筛中骨架Al的稳定性和分子筛上铁离子的担载量。此材料在用作脱氮氧化物催化剂时具有优良的催化活性和水热稳定性。以NH3作还原剂还原模拟汽车尾气中的NO,390℃时NO转化率最高为85.5%;在体积分数为10%的水蒸气存在气氛中连续运行500 h,催化剂仍保持良好的催化活性和水热稳定性,且系统引入50μL/L SO2对其催化性能没有不良影响。
