神经胶质细胞及其在Alzheimer’s病中的作用

摘要
目的 综述神经胶质细胞 ,特别是星型胶质细胞、小胶质细胞在Alzheimer’s病发病机制中的异常活化。方法 根据国内外文献 ,较全面介绍了胶质细胞在中枢神经系统中和Alzheimer’s病的重要作用。结果与结论 神经胶质细胞构成中枢神经系统 (CNS)微环境 ,异常活化的胶质细胞可以分泌细胞因子 ,补体 ,氧自由基 ,启动炎症反应 ,进一步加剧Alzheimer’s病神经元损伤和神经的变性。神经胶质细胞的异常活化可能是AD的发病机制之一。
