水溶性人参皂苷对秀丽隐杆线虫生物学功能的影响

摘要：

以秀丽隐杆线虫作模式生物,研究水溶性人参皂苷成分对线虫的寿命、产卵和运动等生命活动的影响.结果表明:质量浓度为200μg/mL的人参皂苷可使线虫寿命延长,减缓衰老;质量浓度为500μg/mL的人参皂苷则对线虫具有一定的毒性作用.
