左金丸及其拆方治疗萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠的疗效观察

摘要：

目的:探讨左金丸对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的疗效。方法:建立CAG大鼠模型并随机分为自然恢复、替普瑞酮、黄连、吴茱萸、左金丸组,设立空白和假手术组,治疗1mon后,检测血清前列腺素E2和胃泌素的表达及病理学观察。结果:①各治疗组PGE2含量提高,除吴茱萸组外与自然恢复组比较均有显著差异;②各治疗组胃泌素含量提高,与自然恢复组比较有显著差异;③病理显示左金丸组模型病变缓解最明显。结论:左金丸有明显的治疗CAG的作用,其效果不低于西药组以及单味药组。
