生长抑素的血流动力学作用及机制

摘要：

生长抑素由于可以降低门静脉压力并减少侧枝循环血流量,在临床上用于治疗肝硬化曲张静脉出血已20多年。然而其血流动力学效应和临床最佳使用方法仍未完全弄清,另外,对于其产生血流动力学效应的机制研究甚少。临床上使用生长抑素多靠经验而没有参照血流动力学研究结果,这势必影响临床的治疗效果。本文就生长抑素相关的信号转导,血流动力学效应及机制作一综述。
