<正> 自2005年亚太地区肝病学会(APASL)第3版《慢性乙型肝炎治疗共识》(2005版共识)发表以来,新的治疗药物如聚乙二醇干扰素α-2a、恩替卡韦和替比夫定先后在亚太地区许多国家上市,而且,近年来对核苷(酸)类似物的耐药机制、预防和处理的研究也有了很大进展。为此,APASL乙型肝炎共识专家组对2005版共识进行了修订,并于2008年3月在韩国首尔召开的APASL年会上公布
