大量输血方案的研究进展

摘要
大量输血方案(MTP)是指以标准流程的形式指导大出血和创伤性凝血病的治疗,涉及浓缩红细胞、新鲜冰冻血浆、血小板等的输注及重组凝血因子的使用时间、剂量和时间等方面。该过程需要急诊科、外科、检验科、血库等多部门的积极协作。MTP可优化血液制品的输注流程,避免在危急和快速运作情况下发生错误,可减少血液制品的使用总量,提高输血效率,减轻创伤性凝血病的严重程度,改善严重创伤患者的生存率,减少输血相关并发症。现就MTP及其研究进展综述如下。
