摘要：

IGF-Ⅰ是胰岛素样生长因子的家族成员之一,与胰岛素有相似结构,可促进许多细胞的生长和增殖。IGF-Ⅰ几乎存在于机体的每一个系统中,具有多种生物学活性,是临床上重要的生长因子,许多疾病都和IGF-Ⅰ的缺乏或过量有关。该文介绍了IGF-Ⅰ的结构、生理特点及生物学活性的调控,综述了IGF-Ⅰ在疾病治疗中作用的最新研究进展。
