<正>目前,腹腔镜直肠癌手术已在国内外广泛开展,大量的临床研究证实了它的可行性与安全性,但在手术疗效方面,部分医生及患者尚存疑虑,本文对腹腔镜直肠癌手术的研究现状综述如下。1概述自1987年法国医生Mouret完成世界第1例腹腔镜胆囊切除术以来,腹腔镜手术得到了迅速、广泛的发展。1990年6月,Jocobs在腹腔镜下进行了第1例右半结肠切除术,Kokerling于1992年成功地开展了腹腔
