长期大剂量使用质子泵抑制剂的严重不良反应和药学监护

摘要：

长期大剂量使用质子泵抑制剂会导致多种严重的不良反应,如引起低镁血症、骨折、难辨梭菌感染、肺炎、胃癌风险、肌病和横纹肌溶解症等,并影响氯吡格雷等药物的治疗安全性。临床药师应加强对质子泵抑制剂的药学监护,遵循适应证,权衡利弊,有效地降低其应用的潜在风险。
