摘要：

企业营商环境指标是世界银行为衡量各国小企业运营的客观环境而设计的。企业营商环境指标排名代表该国企业营商的难易程度。本文探讨我国企业营商环境指标与发达国家企业营商环境指标之间的差距,提出改善我国企业营商环境指标的思路。
