臭氧治疗对糖尿病足患者局部组织VEGF TGF-β PDGF表达变化的影响研究

摘要
目的观察臭氧疗法对糖尿病足溃疡的治疗效果,并对其作用机制进行了初步研究。方法采用随机对照法将2012年3月至2013年1月住院的自愿接受治疗的糖尿病足患者50例分为臭氧组25例和常规组25例,分别对2组治疗20d后的临床疗效进行比较;每组各取10例,于治疗前和治疗后第11天取创面局部组织,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子(TGF-β)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)的表达变化。结果①臭氧组总有效率(92%)显著高于常规组(64%)(P<0.05);②臭氧组治疗后创面局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧治疗可以上调局部组织中VEGF、TGF-β、PDGF表达,加速溃疡愈合,提高糖尿病足溃疡的治愈率。
