摘要
以葡萄糖胺为原料 ,与氯乙酰氯反应得到 N-氯乙酰基 - D-葡萄糖胺 ,在吡啶的作用下合成了 N-吡啶乙酰基 - β- D-葡萄糖胺——一种季胺盐衍生物 ,产物由 IR、NMR、无素分析等确证了其结构。
