摘要：

Using the stem-segment with single bud as the explant, rapid propagation of Photinia frasery Dress was studied. The results show that the most suitable explant is the shoot apex with length 0.3 mm; the optimized medium for crowd bud propagation is MS + 0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.10 mg·L-1 IAA + 30 g·L-1 sucrose;\ the optimized medium for rooting is 1/2 MS + 1.0 mg·L-1 NAA.
