摘要：

膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis, KOA)是一种严重影响中老年人生活质量的慢性退行性疾病,属于中医学"痹证(病)"范畴。作为中医骨伤科的优势病种之一,中医疗法在KOA的临床治疗中发挥了重要作用。由于近年来KOA诊疗观念、循证医学证据、国内外相关指南不断更新,中国中医药研究促进会骨伤科分会在《膝骨关节炎中医诊疗专家共识(2015年版)》的基础上制定并发布了《膝骨关节炎中医诊疗指南(2020年版)》。本文从KOA的临床分期、辨证分型、中医疗法的运用原则3个方面对《膝骨关节炎中医诊疗指南(2020年版)》进行了解读,以期其更好地服务于临床和科研工作。
