电流对人体损伤与细胞电穿孔在法医学中的研究进展

<正> 据世界卫生组织统计,在触电事故中,美国每年大约有O.5/100.000的致死率,大约l/3的电击伤(主要是一些高压电电击伤)与职业有关;发生于低压电源中的占60%-70%,多由于家用电器触电所致,其死亡率约占家庭突发死亡的1%。在低压电击伤的事故中,死亡人数约占整个电击伤死亡人数的一半,其死亡率是很高的[1]。这与电击伤的机制有关,尤其是电流可直接作用细胞所致。本文就电击伤的机制以及电穿孔在法医学中的意义及研究进展作一综述。
