摘要
目的 :探讨按绩效付费模式在糖尿病优化管理中的应用和效果。方法 :通过文献研究的方法,回顾近10年在Pubmed数据库、中国生物医学数据库发表的相关文献,根据报道时间、地域分布、实施情况和取得效果等展开分析。结果:共20篇文献入选本研究。主要分布在英国、美国、澳大利亚和我国台湾地区。英国起步相对较早,2009年以后相关研究数量逐步增多。结论 :P4P在糖尿病优化管理中,于世界范围内广泛应用,能够有效提高糖尿病患者的管理质量,但在实施过程中要考虑激励标准的操作性和实施的公平性、可及性。
