<正>类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以慢性滑膜炎和关节结构破坏为特征的炎症性自身免疫性疾病。RA的发病机制非常复杂.大量的细胞因子参与了RA的致病过程,例如肿瘤坏死因子(tumour necrosis factor,TNF)-α、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-1等,它们作用于软骨和骨而导致关节结构的破坏。细胞因子的阻断治疗(选择性的TNF-α和
