摘要：

mRNA差别显示是继mRNA差减杂交技术之后又一种显示mRNA差异表达的新方法。它通过PCR随机引物与锚定引物的合理搭配,在特定PCR条件下,展示不同条件下真核细胞mRNA的差异扩增片断,为寻找未知基因提供了新途径。
