摘要
<正>如何修复长段骨缺损仍是一项研究热点。长段骨缺损通常由严重创伤、感染、骨肿瘤摘除等多种病变造成,目前开展的治疗方法有骨延长、带血运骨移植和无血运异体皮质骨移植等,各有缺陷。传统方法松质骨游离植骨后,通常会有不同程度骨吸收现象,容易造成骨不愈合,因此,传统观点认为松质骨植骨仅适于小段骨缺损、而不适宜>4~6 cm的长段骨缺损。
