摘要
<正>一般肿瘤耐药性是指肿瘤细胞对一种抗癌药耐药,可能对结构和功能相似的药物产生交叉耐药性,而对非同类型的药物仍敏感。但是现在更为普遍的是肿瘤多药耐药性(multidrug resistance,MDR),MDR现象由Biedler等[1]在1970年首次发现,是指肿瘤细胞对一种抗肿瘤药物耐药,对非同类型的结构和功能机制不同的药物也产生耐药,这是导致肿瘤药物治疗失败的主要原因:因此,研究MDR产生的分子机制并探寻逆转策略是目前肿瘤研究的一个热点,本文就该领域研究进展作一综述。
