摘要：

随着奥巴马政府第二任期正式启动,美国亚太"再平衡"战略的执行出现均衡推进、瞻前顾后、谨言慎行等细微调整动向,其意图是通过变换和控制"再平衡"的步伐、节奏,以适应中东、亚太局势新变化,防止因操作不当给美国带来新的战略风险和资源配置压力。但总体而言,这些变化均属局部细节性调整,美国战略资源向亚太"再平衡"的总体趋势不会改变,但将降速纠偏,从"跃进式"东移转向更加平稳的长期性经营。
